She explains how to intervene in unhealthy conflict effectively from a coach’s perspective that includes some intriguing ideas: cleaning up the inside of your brain, getting yourself to neutral, activating your inner wisdom as well as the power of role-modeling and the art of invitation into change. You can end Kindergarten-like conflict behaviour!
